Library Mission
The mission of our library is to not only help our students become effective users of information, but to select engaging materials that will help them reach their academic goals as well as develop a lifelong love of reading.
Fasken Librarian
Mrs. Christine James started her career as a K-2 teacher after graduating from Angelo State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. After six years in the classroom, she received her Master's of Library Science from Texas Woman's University and moved into the library. Seeing children's faces light up as a book is being read aloud is the highlight of her day.
Mrs. James is a wife and mother to one daughter, Savannah. She loves to read, play games, and spend time with her family and fur babies.
