Parent Access to Library Catalog

1. Go to tinyurl.com/MISDLibraryCirculation
2. Sign in with the email used when you registered your child (note - the only email currently in the Destiny system is the first email listed under Parent 1)
3. The system will send you a verification code via email. Enter it in to fully access the system

To view checkout history:

1. Once signed in, you should see your child’s name in the top right corner. If you have multiple students, you can switch between them by clicking on the name and selecting another name. 
2. Click the clock icon on the left side of the screen labeled History. 
3. Here you can see every book title checked out currently or in the past.

   To block titles: 

• Once signed in, you should see your child’s name in the top right corner. If you have multiple students, you can switch between them by clicking on the name and selecting another name. 
• Click the circle with the line through it on the left hand side of the screen labeled Blocked to see what titles you have currently blocked for your child. 
• To block a new title, click the magnifying glass on the left hand side of the screen.
• Type in the name of the title you wish to block
• Click the 3 dots on the right side of the title and select Do Not Checkout to (Student Name)
• This will block the title regardless of whether it is available at their campus. There may be multiple versions of the same book, be sure to block all you wish for them to not be able to check out.
